If you like to cook on cast iron like I do this ...
If you like to cook on cast iron like I do this is great. Have posted a photo of it sitting in one of my 10" skillets for size comparison. If you like to BBQ this would also work well as it has a long handle that will not get hot. When you are done it will go in the dishwasher being 100% stainless steel and no plastic or wooden handles to work loose.
