First off, this tin is a lot smaller than I thought it would be and the holes are very shallow. I was tempted to return it but then figured, considering it was only £5 (on sale), I’d have a go at making mini Yorkshire puds. I had zero expectations that it would actually work. Much to my surprise it made the most perfect little puds! They were light and crispy and just all around perfect (I used Mary Berry’s pud recipe). I had loads of batter leftover that got dumped out, which broke my heart, so I wound up buying a second tin so I can use the full batter recipe and make 12 instead of 24. I figure I’ll freeze the extra puds. Or eat them all. Whatever!
