12-hole tart pan

The tart tin measures 32 x 24 cm (12½ x 9½ inches), and features 12 holes measuring 6 cm (2½ inches) across and 2 cm (¾ inches) deep.

Perforated design

This shallow baking tray is made from high-quality materials with a revolutionary perforated design. Finally mastered my very favourite mince pies, great tart tin I now have two so that I don’t have to wait to do 2nd batch. Pies don’t stick and take less time to cook. Super easy to clean. Very impressed, have also purchased a larger pie tin but not used yet.

We bought this aerated baking tin to complement the 12 hole mince pie tin we also purchased. So far, nothing has stuck to the surface and they are a dream to clean.     I don’t do a great deal of baking but using this I made great mince pies - I am assuming the little holes in the bottom help with making them cook more evenly- whatever they were lovely- info says that you can use it to make Yorkshire pudding- not sure about that as I think the batter would drip through- however I am very happy with the tin for the pies 🥧😁

    Bought a bunch of these Master Class Crusty Bake trays in all varieties and they work great. However, with this particular tray, you have to keep in mind that the tart molds are actually really shallow. For some reason I expected this tray to be like a muffin tray with deeper molds but it isn't. However, as I've had trouble with cooking doughy-bottomed muffins with regular trays, this tray has been a different story.

    I bought these as i am slowly replacing my very old baking tins and thought i would try perforated against original design so bought both.
    These do crisp the bases of the pastry nicely. I have made mince pies and jam tarts in them, they were easy to remove out of the tins, even the ones my grandson over filled with jam!
    They are easy to clean, just soaked in the washing up bowl and any bits just floated off.
    The same make in non perforated also worked well, not as crisp a base but perfectly acceptable and cleaned equally easily, i am pleased with both styles.

    The trays bake the pies/tarts evenly due to the holes all the way round. Due to time of year I made mince pies in mine. Good size too & got lots of compliments about my pastry. So all in all I recommend using this product & I would purchase again
