Directions:

Whisk 85g of Curry Sauce Mix into 340ml cold water in a pan. Bring to the boil stirring constantly. Simmer for 2 min on low heat. Serve hot. Alternatively, whisk 85g of Curry Sauce Mix into 340ml cold water in a large casserole dish. For an 800W microwave oven, set timer on full power for 5 minutes. Stir well after every minute.

Simple prep, fry your mushrooms and diced onions. Mix powered (around a 1/3 in the carton with water) Add peas to the mixed sauce and bring to a simmer whilst adding the fried mushrooms and onions. Also the cooked meat if you wish. And that’s it. And tastes as good as my local Chinese takeaway.

    This is the best substitute chip shop curry sauce I have ever tried. I honestly can’t taste the difference between this and the curry sauce from the Chinese takeaway! Really quick and easy to make, thickens up quickly and ready to serve in 2 minutes. I don’t think I’ll ever buy chip shop curry sauce again as long I can get my hands on this stuff. 5 stars for the product, but taking away 1 star for the high price as it can be purchased elsewhere for a lot cheaper.
