First time I used it I made some juice and placed it in the fridge, 6 hours later the jug exploded and took out 2 shelves and wrote off my fridge freezer. Currently say waiting for a new fridge to be delivered and sticking to plastic jugs in future.

    Good, sturdy solid glass pitcher. I use it to make iced sweet tea and it can handle the hot water that comes out of my electric kettle just fine. Only complaint is it can sometimes be slightly difficult to get clean in a dishwasher because of the angle but isn't truly an issue as long as you don't let anything sit in it. Additionally, won't fit on most mini-fridge doors as it is just a bit too wide, but will easily go in the bottom shelf.

    I was hugely disappointed how small this was.
    It certainly gave the impression that it was a big jug for making Sangria in. You would only get about one glass out of it when you've put all the fruit in. Very very disappointed in Amazon.
