I've been cooking a lot of meat🍖 in the oven, using my old, beat-up, uncoated (cos the coating has, over time, scraped off) trays, only to then have to clean them off afterwards and it taking a full day to loosen the baken-on, and still having to SCRUB!... yeah, that ain't it... Upon unboxing, I can immediately see how robust and well-made this is and how thick the coating is... This one is slightly too big for my oven, so I have a medium sized variant arriving today, in-time for my birthday - on Thursday. Overall, a FANTASTIC non-stick tray, given the low cost👏🏾

    This appears to be a good quality tray but a little smaller than I expected. I went by the measurements but didn't take into account the width of the rim. My own fault really. Be aware if you need the width of the tray to be available for baking, it might be better to get a bigger size if you do.

    This baking tray has changed my life (well, a little bit). It fits my oven wall to wall and almost the full depth so gives a much larger surface area for cooking larger amounts. I can cook roast potatoes and roasted veg all on one tray, and do enough chips for all of us without having to juggle two trays on two different shelves. I use it all the time at lots of different temperatures and it hasn't warped at all. I pop it in the dishwasher after use and it comes out perfectly clean and unscathed. Truly amazed at the quality for the price I paid (and the fact it was delivered the day after I ordered it).

    I can see the idea behind this but I didn't find the chips any crisper than on an ordinary tray.
    The other problem is that the oil from the frozen chips (non added) obviously seeps through the holes all over the oven shelves below and on to the base of the oven. You need to put a tray underneath, defeating the object of the holes! I've gone back to using a basic tray.
