It's very pleasant to look at in the flesh, I'll try to add my photos to this page (see: top, left 'user images') The whisk is brilliant for making Angel Delight.     I've only owned it for a couple of weeks so I can't speak for its longevity, but it seems well-designed and constructed.

    As for its functionality, it works like a dream. I've been combining the shaft (default) attachment with a slow cooker for some extremely easy soups, I've used the chopper for smoothies and the whisk for whipping cream, and they all perform admirably. The shaft didn't splash soup up into my face as I'd feared (full disclosure: I haven't had much prior experience with handheld blenders) and all the parts are easy to fit together and clean. The 2 speeds and pulse-type mechanism (it only whirrs as you hold the button down) give you both control and power.

    All in all, a valuable and versatile addition to my kitchen, I couldn't have asked for more. I much prefer it to the food processor I had before, which I barely used because of the hassle of ladling things in and out and the clean-up afterwards.

    Having melted my partners plastic hand blender while making soup I had to replace it. I took the opportunity to upgrade and I think I made a great choice with this. we use this almost daily. Initially I felt it was much bigger than I had expected it to be, I have big hands though so not too much trouble for me, but people who are a bit more dainty might want something slimmer to grip on to. The food processor is possibly the most useful thing I've come across and I use it almost daily now. When cooking I use the processor to chop onions and garlic, I've used it to prepare ingredients for falafel, Hummus, soups, salsa, smoothies and more.

    The blending attachment and the whisk are pretty much as you would expect, much easier than whisking by hand and the blender is perfect for soups - I've not used it for anything else but I also haven't managed to melt it either!

    I purchased this blender for myself. I had been eyeing up the Russell Hobbs 21350 Mix & Go as well as the Breville Blend active for making quick smoothies. I came across this at a sale price of £19, which was cheaper than the other Russell Hobbs (£20 on sale) and the Breville (£24). I felt that with the addition of the whisk and the chopping beaker it was incredibly good value. I have a few other Russell Hobbs small kitchen appliances and have always been very impressed with them.
    For the purpose of making smoothies the beaker is ideal. I usually fill it loosely about 3/4 full and it makes about half a pint glass. It says not to attempt to chop ice in the manual - I wouldn't try, I do sometimes use finely crushed partially melted ice along with a combination of fresh / frozen fruit, and even with this is has to work harder. I particularly like crushed ice, frozen raspberry partially thawed(box of 350g for £2.00 from Tesco) along with a fresh banana. I only use a handful / handful and a half of raspberries. The box of frozen raspberries lasted me a week. I found it is best to mix the layers as the frozen stuff tends to chop into little bits, whereas when it mixes with banana it turns to liquid faster. It does tend to take longer with frozen fruit, but it's cheaper and also tends to make it a bit more of a slushing rather than a smoothie which is how I like it. I did also try a peach and banan blend with one peach, a bit of peach juice, and 2 bananas and it whisked through It in less than 30 seconds.
    The wisk is great but has made me very lazy! It makes jobs lightning fast. I've used it to whisk eggs and make Yorkshire pudding batter a few times and it's insanely quick, but the wisk is a pain to clean if you do not clean it straight away.
    The chopper beaker is great. I actually found a recipe on YouTube for lemon & herb crusted cod which was an excellent illustration of how it works. They used bread, herbs and lemon zest to make a paste to put on cod. I was really impressed by the video but was even more impressed when I used it. It doesn't chop up a lot, but works well for chopping up a couple of cups of substance. I used it to make stuffing and I've also used it to chop up an onion and herb mixture for a casserole. It takes to dry and moist equally as good.
    It also comes with a few recipes in the instructions - things like soup etc, but a nice starting point for someone who is looking for inspiration.
    There are a few things I don't like about it. It makes a loud high pitch squeal sometimes when I am using the beaker. I cannot work out why. If you stop for a minute and mix up what you're doing a bit it gets better, but a bit worrying that something spinning a blade so fast is making that noise. Next is due to the exposure of blades etc you have to be so so careful and think. It only works if a button is pressed, but I picked it up and accidentally bumped he button and got a whir. I was nowhere near hurting myself, but it quickly illustrates to me that you have to be meticulous about the process of you will get hurt. Next is that when using it for extended periods of time my hand goes numb. You are holding the motor and it vibrates very fast. I am also a only 5'2" so when stood next to my counter I have to hold my hands at a funny angle and hold them out. It would work well for me if the surface was lower and I could lower my arms, but the combination of this and the vibration starts to get uncomfortable after a minute or two. The cable is a decent length but I find when tipping it upside down the wire tends to awkwardly drape near your work, in my case over my hands. It comes out the side edge, whereas I think it would have been better suited out the end with a bit of tubing to make the cable prop itself up rather than drape in the way.
    Overall, considering the price I paid I am very happy. I could be much much happier with it, which is why I have rated it 4 stars, but overall good value for money and great variety. Works a lot better than having 3 separate appliances that do what this can do. If you're after a blender but would like the variety, this is excellent. Best option I've come across.

    This is a great little hand blender - I bought it for making purees for my weaning baby, as the cheap hand blender I had previously didn't work with small amounts. This blender is perfect for what I needed, will easily puree small amounts to a smooth consistency, and as an added bonus to the other hand blenders I've had, the chopper attachment is much easier to clean than any other I've seen. All the pieces come apart easily with no awkward nooks and crannies for food to get stuck in. I've also started using this for general cooking, not just stuff for the baby, as it is so easy to clean it doesn't put me off using it like the previous one did! Seems solid and well made too, so I expect it should last me a while.

    I bought this after my blender died, and am very happy that I chose this over a standard blender. I tend to only use blenders for smoothies and the occasional soup/sauce, and this fits my needs perfectly. The hand blender works very well, easy to use and much easier to wash than a jug blender. The chopper as well is very handy. I have yet to try the whisk but I'm sure it will not disappoint. VERY good for the price, looks nice, and gets a lot of use! Also personally I love the black and red design.

    Love the mini chopper in the sense that it's quick and chops evenly & finely.
    Love the blender and am so glad its steel/metal and not plastic as my old one melted when blending hot soup (I'm a ditz like that! lolz).

    CONS:
    The whisk is tooooo fast in my opinion, the mixture splatters all over the place.
    The hand held motor is heavy which I don't like.
    When the motor connects to the chopper it isn't as secure as i would like it. The lid of the bowl does not click into place. And I don't like how the spindle in the bowl is separate (another loose piece that can get lost) which sits underneath the blades (also comes out). Everything just seem too loose. Nothing feels tight & secure and clickety.
    The button has to be kept pressed for it too work, so no on or off switch.
