How-To: Horn-Shaped Pastries
Step 1

Just the ticket.
Perfect size to all fit on one baking tray. Gave great results when making cream horns. I lightly buttered them just before use, and they slid out from the pastry with no trouble at all. I had read prior reviews about sharp edges, so I was careful when handling them, but didn't encounter any problems in that regard. Only thing that would make them better is if they came with a small bottle brush to make cleaning them easier.

The moulds are a perfect size and feel very durable.
My only complaint is that the edges are quite sharp and I cut myself twice when using them the first time, and one more time when attempting to clean one of the moulds.
I would advise against cleaning these by hand, let the dishwasher do the work.

These arrived very quickly and are fit for purpose. I used them to make pistachio cream horns. Does the job very easily and are generally great however build quality is a tad poor as the edges are so very sharp that I did end up cutting my thumb while washing them. Wish the edges could be made a little more blunt as this wouldn’t really affect the overall performance. Otherwise they’re great!
