This MasterClass Professional baking tray uses a combination of premium-grade steel and tough vitreous enamel to help you achieve culinary excellence time and time again. Its robust steel core is finished with a hardwearing vitreous enamel layer, so it will last for years with proper care. It’s even suitable for busy commercial kitchens.
The oven tray measures 24 x 18 cm (9½ x 7 inches). With its smaller size, it’s fantastic for cooking and roasting individual portions of food, or baking small batches of cookies and biscuits. Feels like good quality
This is quite heavy and feels well made, I have other products with this coating and they are certainly non stick, I have a vertical air fryer with wire mesh trays and everything gets stuck to them. You cannot buy non stick shelves for it so I searched around and found this, this tray fits on the shelves perfectly and will save many a fish finger from getting stuck, a big thumbs up to Amazon for this one you have saved the day. I am definately going to buy another.

I often cook one or two chicken breasts with skin or salmon fillets in the oven. The allegedly non-stick pan I used was almost impossible to clean, even after soaking. I chose this pan as a replacement.
It's very sturdy, the right size for two chicken breasts or salmon fillets (see photo), smart, and best of all, easy to clean. After use I add water and a drip of Fairy Liquid, then by the time I wash up the baked-on residue lifts easily.
It is small, but a good size for one or two people. Other reviewers advise that lemon or apples can damage the surface, but I'll only use this for meat and fish.
