On using this tin for the second time I see lots of grey flakes in my gravy. Yes, the non stick coating peeled off in several areas into our food. Unacceptable. It was hand washed after the first use and hasn’t been near the dishwasher. This tin is advertised as heavy gauge. It isn’t. Will be going in the bin. Hugely annoyed.

    Really nicely made. The sturdy handles make it easy to remove from the oven. (Tip: make sure it will fit!)
    The rack itself is nice and high so all the fat and juices are kept clear of the meat.
    The tin itself is very easy to clean and was impressed that the glaze I used for the meat came straight off.
    Not so impressed with the rack as some coating came off during cleaning! Aesthetically I don’t mind but I don’t want to eat any coating!!

    This roasting tin is a really great buy, it's really non stick even after lots of use with roasting chickens, beef joints, roasted potatoes etc. You just need to soak the tin for a few minutes in warm water and it will clean superbly. Not had any problems with this roasting tin not like other more expensive ones which are a nightmare to clean properly. I would thoroughly recommend this item as an essential bit of kit for your kitchen.

    The V-rack in the pan prevents the poultry or meat from swimming in it's own fat making the outside crispier and also easy to turn.
    In the meantime I even steamdamp fish without the fish falling apart or back breaded fish and don't have to deep fry.
    It was very hard to find in the German market and I was so happy that Amazon had these kind of roasters.
