The cake tray measures 35 x 24 cm (14 x 9½ inches), and boasts a generous depth of 5 cm (2 inches). With this extra depth, it’s just as good for roasting as it is for baking.
The MasterClass rectangular cake pan is manufactured from 1 mm-thick commercial grade carbon steel. The pure strength of this material helps fight wear and tear, while a special electroplating process and tightly rolled edges help combat corrosion.

Quantum II is a non-stick that really works and really lasts. In fact, it’s designed to outperform all conventional non-stick coatings.
This traybake pan has not one, but two coatings of Quantum II, which has been fortified with special ceramic materials for even more strength and better efficacy. What’s more, the tray itself has been sandblasted to help secure the non-stick finish.
And, of course, Quantum II is completely safe – it uses silicone for its non-stick surface, and is 100 per cent PTFE, PFOA and BPA-free.
