I bought this zester and channel knife mostly for the channel knife element. I find that this is sharp and precise enough to cut long strips of zest from a lemon or orange which I use in garnishing cocktails. These can be curled to give the desired decorative effect. The zester part creates very fine strips of zest quite quickly.
As with other products in this range, the handle is chunky and rubber and accordingly easy to grip in larger hands.
It is easy to keep clean and a generally good quality product. It is well made and at a good price.
