I have so far purchased the 20, 24 and 28cm frying pans from this range. They are reassuringly heavy and clearly well made. The non stick surface works extremely well. As other reviewers have mentioned, use a towel when gripping the handles of these pans as they will, naturally, get hot. I leave a towel constantly draped over the handle of any of these pans whenever I use them so I don't inadvertently burn myself.

A fantastic range, and considering the quality of these pans, very, very well priced.

Excellent bombproof construction. Superb high handle keeps it well out of the way of the heat. Non stick coating is great. Heat conduction is superb and this makes fabulous small omelettes for one person. The base is very unlikely to warp due to heavy, thick construction.

They wipe clean, I tend to do it pretty much immediately - although I am sure that the blurb on Amazon said these pans can go in a dishwasher that's not what it says on the instructions that came with it. I was a bit concerned when I read some of the reviews which stated the handles got very hot, but I've not found that to be the case. I purchased it because there will be times when I will want to put it in the oven (although I haven't yet) and the metal handles will allow that

In all frankness, I would rather not cook with coated non-stick frying pans. Although sometimes, it is a case of not wanting a costly piece of food to stick when frying, where a sort of "horses for certain courses" situation has to prevail. ... As for the pan, while I take care of it, it heats/balances overall quite well when placed over my wider gas radiant, is not too heavy and is easy to clean afterwards. ... No problems so far, although I did put a cover on the handle and I guess it's now a case of seeing how long the non-stick coating lasts. ... Will update, (should I remember) at some future point. ... Update 27/3/24 ... The pan's non-stick coating has held-up fine after months of use. So, I have updated my rating to five stars, plus that the pan for it's size is reasonablly priced too.

- The handle becomes dangerously HOT while cooking - it's impossible to use it without a glove. Seriously???
- The handle is way too heavy which means the frying pan tilts / falls backwards - unless you manage to balance it somehow...
- Food does stick to it so not quite a non stick pan

How is this pan allowed to be sold?
Surely doesn't meet the most basic quality control and health and safety standards!

Kleine, recht schwere Alu-Pfanne die ich für Spiegeleier oder schnelle Bratnudeln verwende. Unkomplizierte Anwendung, ein kleiner Klecks Öl reicht. Brät oder schmort für 1-2 Personen.

Nach dem Braten braucht man einen Backofenhandschuh oder ähnlich, will man die Pfanne vom Herd nehme. Der Griff wird heiß. Das muss ja so sein, alles Metall. ;-)

1 Stern Abzug, weil nach einigen Monaten die Pfanne nicht mehr plan auf dem Cerankochfeld aufliegt, sondern ein klein wenig wackelt.

Elegí esta sartén porque a mi madre le hacía falta una buena sartén para el bar en la que hacer tortillas. El problema que ella tenía sobre todo era por el mango. Cualquier sartén se le acababa rompiendo, pues es una cocina industrial. Le cogí la de 32 cm, pues necesita hacer torillas de buen tamaño. A mi me pareció muy grande para hacer tortillas, y me dió miedo que no le pudiese dar la vuelta. Pero para nada, ella está encantada. En la foto del artículo en Amazon no se si se ve, pero lo que es el mango, va con remaches. Y encima, había un señor desayunando en el bar y cuando a vió y le dijo mi madre lo que nos había costado, nos dijo que le pidiésemos otra para él. Yo no conocía la marca Master Class, pero os puedo asegurar que es fantástica.

Una delle padelle antiaderenti migliori che abbia mai usato.
La padella possiede varie certificazioni, tutte leggibili sull etichetta di accompagnamento, che ne garantiscono la sicurezza. Come tutte le padelle di buona qualità, se trattate con cura, dureranno tantissimo e manterranno la loro antiaderenza. I materiali usati sono di qualita altissima ed anche esteticamente la padella è molto bella, rispecchiando fedelmente le foto su Amazon.
L'unica perplessità riguarda il manico, che trovo leggermente troppo piatto e risulta essere un po scomodo quando la pentola è particolarmete piena e si appesantisce.

EDIT: Purtroppo dopo poco più di un anno di utilizzo la padella ha perso completamente la sua antiaderenza e sono stato costretto a buttarla. Mai lavata in lavastoviglie, mai usati prodotti o utensili aggressivi. Ho una padella più piccola di una marca più blasonata, e dopo 2 anni è ancora perfetta anche lavandola spesso in lavatrice.
