This MasterClass non-stick springform cake tin takes the hassle out of baking perfectly formed sponge and fruit cakes. Made of commercial-grade carbon steel with a reinforced non-stick coating and loose base, it’s designed to provide great results again and again.

The cake pan measures 20 cm (8 inches) across, and 7 cm (3 inches) deep. At this size, it’s a good all-rounder – as well as being perfect for sponge and fruit cakes, it’s also fantastic for baking cheesecakes, or individual tiers for a wedding cake.

This non stick springform cake tin is no exception. It features a secure, yet easy-to-release springform mechanism, plus a loose bottom, so you never have to struggle to remove your cakes. Like all of MasterClass’s best-selling, award-winning bakeware, this 8 inch cake tin is made of warp-resistant, 1 mm-thick carbon steel, with rolled edges to prevent water build-up and rust. It’s finished with a double layer of the Quantum II non-stick coating, sandblasted to the surface of the cake pan for better adhesion. All MasterClass springform cake tins are PTFE, PFOA and BPA free.
