    This baking tin is ideal to make a stew or casserole in for just my wife and myself, it is made of thick metal carbon steel that does not bend when carrying with one hand to put in the oven nor does it make banging noises as it is warming up. It is a good heavy'ish weight that gives you confidence and the none stick is second to none, it does have other uses like roasting meats as well as making stews and casseroles but that is what we use it for most. We have several MasterClass baking products and I can honestly say every one of them are just as good quality as this baking tray/roasting tin, I can highly recommend this as it seems like it will last forever.

    Great tin for brownies. Imagine there may be other uses, but I wouldn't know :)
    Lovely thick, rigid pan (quite a bit thicker/heavier than expected at this price point tbh) that heats and bakes really evenly. The non stick releases perfectly. So far, no scorching, burning or sticking at all.
    Cleaning is okay, although the rolled outer lip does trap some water so I'm a little concerned about rust in the future. For now though, its ideal.

    This was a very good price and is heavy and sturdy and perfect for what I wanted it for but after one use and when it was lined with baking parchment - after we carefully cut (soft chewy) flapjack it scratched a lot. We even took all the flapjack out straight away to put in an airtight tin so we weren’t continuously cutting the tin and we used a butter knife which isn’t sharp. The scratches will eventually rust then it will be a new tin, so not sure how long this will actually last. It’s a shame as it’s a lovely tin and I bake all the time.

    aber leider hatte ich bisher nie die passende Form und ich hätte nicht gedacht, das Brownies stark davon abhängig sind was für eine Form man benutzt. Bei mir war stets das Problem das die Formen zu klein waren und entsprechend hoch der Teig in der Form stand und die Brownies so teilweise noch flüssig waren, sprich nicht richtig fest wurden.

    Dann habe ich mich auf die Suche begeben und bin hier fündig geworden.

    Ich kann nur sagen TOP.
    Ideale Größe für Brownies, sie gehen super "auf" haben die perfekte höhe.
    Des weiteren lassen sie sich super aus der Form nehmen, da nichts haften bleibt und ich habe u.a. Marshmallow Brownies gebacken, welche sehr kleben und selbst da blieb nichts haften, einfach nur Klasse.

    Entsprechend einfach lässt sich die Form auch säubern.

    Ich kann diese Form nur jedem weiter empfehlen, damit kann man nichts verkehrt machen.

    Ce moule est venu en remplacement de mon moule carré en silicone mastrad qui a bien mal vieilli (et que j'ai acheté plus cher sur Amazon que celui-ci). Je bannis donc progressivement tout silicone de ma cuisine.
