Great tray! It’s heavier than my other trays, making it more durable but not to the point of being too heavy. I purchased one a few years back and it has lasted particularly well and I’ve now just bought another as I want to use two at one time.
Its non stick coating works well and makes it super easy to clean, I haven’t had any problems with food sticking to the these like previous trays I’ve used. I now use it weekly; I was initially reluctant to make Yorkshire puddings as they never appeared to go right but since having this tray, they have been perfect and I now make them every week! I have also used it to make muffins and it’s worked a treat for those too. My oven is fairly small so these trays are a good size if you have a smaller oven aswell as for those with a larger oven. Excellent product, will buy again and I fully recommend.
