Heavy duty, great non-stick, larger than most baking trays. Quality seems as good as the very much more expensive Aga ones I have used. I note the comments from other reviews about water getting under the lip when dishwashed but I can see no reason why I would ever put it in the dishwasher; it just rinses, wipes clean. Waste of dishwasher space!
Having now had this for some months and having used it extensively, I thought I wouod comment on the two negatives others have raised.
Dishwasher problem - still cannot see why anyone would put such a large, wipe-clean item in a dishwasher. I forgot it was in my Aga cooker with burnt on shepherds pie and left it overnight. Looked definitely burnt on! Wiped off with a dishcloth!
Thin non-stick on the base. Yes, mine is getting a bit thinner in places underneath. But I have thought long and hard and can't think of any reason why I would use it upside down and it is still excellent where it matters, on the top side.
So still five stars!
