Each seasoning sachet has been designed to easily serve 4 portions. If you’re cooking for fewer than 4 people, you may wish to adjust how much of the sachet you use accordingly.

Yes, our sachets are suitable for a vegetarian diet. 

Unfortunately the sachets are not guaranteed to be gluten-free. While gluten may not be an intentional ingredient in some of the recipe mixes, they are produced in a facility that also processes gluten-containing products. As a result, there is a risk of cross-contamination, so we recommend that individuals with gluten allergies or celiac disease avoid using them. Here is our full list of gluten-free recipes available on the website.

If the recipe mixes are showing as ‘sold out’, it should only be temporary. With the collections being brand-new, Amazon are only stocking a limited number of boxes at a time. We’re working with Flava It! to make sure there’s plenty to go around, so you may just need to bear with us. Our advice is to keep checking each day!
