Unfortunately the sachets are not guaranteed to be gluten-free. While gluten may not be an intentional ingredient in some of the recipe mixes, they are produced in a facility that also processes gluten-containing products. As a result, there is a risk of cross-contamination, so we recommend that individuals with gluten allergies or celiac disease avoid using them.
